I miss my awesome blue Panasonic portable 8 Track player and my super yellow Sony Walkman cassette player. There were all kinds of colors and we took them to school and showed them off to our friends. And who can forget the endless hours we spent unraveling the tape and trying to ungarble it because we played it so much we wore it out.
Now we have the iPod and mp3 players. There are a lot of different styles and colors but you can hardly see them or hold on to them. Once you master the computer-to-music player fiasco you are ready to go with countless hours of music. You cannot really share your music with your friends, in the old days the players had speakers, you can only withdraw in to your own world of music fantasy.
